Ed Fields is a trainer who got his experience training and handling military canines for the United States. He served at the Marine Barracks 8th & I, where he provided security for the Pentagon, White House and Washington Navy Yard. He also served at Camp David.
His experience consists of training and handling military dogs for the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines. Those dogs were trained for explosives and patrol, and taught to attack on command. The patrol work consisted of obedience, scouting and searches. He took the knowledge from the military and incorporated his training into the civilian world over the past 16 years, which is the basis of the Pittsburgh K9 Puppy Development and Foundation for working dogs.
